The project comprises of two elements; a Grade II listed refurbishment of the existing building into modern office and construction of three new four storey town houses following the demolition of a rear section of the existing building.

The refurbishment works consists of damp proof tanking to the basement areas, structural alterations and strengthening works throughout, new electrical and mechanical installation together with the restoration of existing cornice and lime plaster. All works being carried out with close liaison with the Conservation Officer to maintain the integrity of the historic features of the building.

Piled Foundations will be utilized for the new houses installed with a mini piling rig due to the confined nature of the project. The exterior construction being traditional block and brickwork complemented by a modern curved copper roof.
