Client: JCT Standard Building Contract £185k Contract: Bidwells Value: Client Representative: Project Description The works comprised of the refurbishment of the existing coach house to form new offices, a reception area, WC as well as upgrading the existing stable connected to the building. All services where upgraded as part of the works and new drainage was installed along with a new sewage connection. Materials were carefully selected when refurbishing the building due to it being within a conservation area and because the building was in close proximity to Tattersalls works had to be carefully programmed to minimise noise which would disturb the horses in the nearby stables.
