Project Description
The construction of a new two bedroom detached bungalow with adjoining garage and all associated drainage, service supplies and external landscaping works.
Project Overview
A well designed bungalow which had its challenges, the bungalow had to be built on piled foundations with a connecting ring beam because of the existing ground conditions. The bungalow also had a ground source heat pump installed making the most of the large rear garden to lay the pipework. A new culvert was constructed over an existing ditch forming an entrance road to the new bungalow.
